With Qourses, you can offer all types of courses, whether it's yoga, play groups, cooking classes, language courses, or seminars. Qourses is suitable for all kinds of courses. You can offer both courses with individual sessions (e.g., a yoga class that takes place once a week) and courses with multiple sessions (so-called course groups), where your customers can sign up for all the sessions at once.
We use Stripe as our payment provider, so you can accept payments via credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and many more options. You can link a new or your existing Stripe account to Qourses and start right away. Course bookings are then automatically forwarded to your own Stripe account by Qourses, giving you full control over your payments and allowing you to directly transfer them to your account.
The VAT for your courses is handled directly through your own Stripe account, which you link with Qourses. This means that VAT handling meets your individual tax requirements. If you are not required to charge VAT due to the small business regulation, this is also not necessary with Qourses. However, if you are obliged to charge VAT, you can easily set this up in the settings of your Qourses account. Qourses will then take care of the correct calculation and declaration of VAT on the automatically generated invoices for your customers.
Yes, integrating Qourses into your website or Instagram profile is very simple. Your personal booking page on Qourses is accessible via a unique link. You can easily embed this link as a button on your website or link it in your Instagram profile to provide your followers with direct access. Additionally, you have the option to create links to specific courses or individual course sessions. This is particularly useful if you want to highlight certain courses in a blog post or promote them specifically on social media.
The only costs you incur are the monthly fees for using Qourses and the credit card fees charged by Stripe.
